Returns Policy

We want you to love your new purchase from us and we do our very best to provide quality artwork you will love in your home.  We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.  We will replace, mend or return for a full refund.

Please return your purchased item in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.

​

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

If, however, there is an issue with your order, please email us immediately.  We may ask you to send through a photo of the problem so we can provide a solution asap.

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
